fractional C-Level services for any budget

What is a C-Suite?

The term C-Suite, sometimes referred to as C-Level, is used to describe a corporation’s top senior executives. The C-Suite gets its name from the titles of these executives, which tend to start with the letter C, for “chief”, as in Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and so many others.  C-Suite executives have risen to the top of their fields and have years of education and years of real world experience behind them.

What is a Fractional C-Suite?

Fractional C-Suite executives support multiple companies for a few hours or a few days a week, depending on the needs and budget of the company. Each company receives a fraction of the executive’s time, therefore only pays for a fraction of the cost. This allows growing companies to benefit from the leadership and expertise of an experienced C-Level professional without the financial commitment of hiring one.

Do I need a C-Suite?

Every business is composed of 3 major functions: Operations, Finance and Sales & Marketing. Rarely does a startup or small business have an executive team that includes individuals with expertise in all 3 areas. Getting one or more of the major functions wrong, will greatly compromise the viability of the business. Remember, sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know.

Can I afford a C-Suite?

The real question is, “Can you afford not to”? Engaging a Fractional C-Suite executive can help ensure you don’t make costly mistakes that can either prolong the success of your business or prevent its success all together. They can provide strategic solutions quicker and more efficiently which makes it more cost effective than hiring someone with less experience or not hiring someone at all.
